Hubungan Antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi dengan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract
This study aim was to analyse the association between leadership style and organizational culture with employee performance in Board National Unity, Politics and Public Protection of Riau Province. The study was used survey method. Disproportionate stratified random sampling technique was adopted in selecting a total of 71 respondent, from which 60 respondents were selected using Taro Yamane sampling formula. The data was gathered using a questionnaire. Pearson product moment correlation analyzes was used to analyse the association between leadership style and organizational culture, and the impact on employee performance. The results showed that there was 1) a positive significant relationship between leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, 2) it was found that partially, there is a relatively weak significant linear relationship between leadership style and employee performance; and 3) there was a strong significant linear relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.
