Abstract
Village financial management is an important concern for the public with various financial sources received, ranging from basic original income, transfers and other income. The many sources of income owned by the village are a breath of fresh air that are prone to manipulation and corruption, both politically and administratively, especially in the use of village funds. So that this condition needs to be prevented and anticipated by strengthening participation through the use of information technology. The study population consisted of 197 villages with a sample of 132 using a stratified random sampling technique. The analysis used in the research study is Moderating Regression Analysis with a mix method. The results of the study show that participation is able to realize good financial management in the village, and is strengthened by IT.
