Use Of Information Technology as a Moderation Of Good Governance Transparency In Village Fund Management

Abstract
This research contains testing and analysis of good governance transparency in village fund management, with a population of 197 villages in Indragiri Hilir Regency and a sample of 132 villages. Proportional stratified random sampling is a technique applied in drawing research samples which is based on the strata of the Bangangan Village Index (IBM) starting from developed, developing to underdeveloped villages. This quantitative study shows the results that transparency as a principle of good governance has an influence on the management of village funds, besides that the use of information technology is able to act as a moderator of transparency in village financial management in Indragiri Hilir Regency
