Dampak Tata Kelola Pemerintah Terhadap Pengendalian Inflasi di Indonesia

Abstrak
Penelitian ini membahas dampak tata kelola pemerintah terhadap pengendalian inflasi di Indonesia di tengah dinamika perekonomian global dan domestik. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah sejauh mana faktor-faktor kelembagaan dan nonmoneter memengaruhi keberhasilan pencapaian target kebijakan moneter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan data runtun waktu (time series) periode 2010–2022. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kontrol korupsi dan stabilitas politik terhadap tingkat inflasi, dengan menempatkan efektivitas tata kelola pemerintah sebagai variabel perantara (intervening). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung, kontrol korupsi dan stabilitas politik tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap inflasi. Namun demikian, tata kelola pemerintah terbukti berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap pengendalian inflasi dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,048 (p < 0,05). Lebih lanjut, hasil analisis jalur membuktikan bahwa kontrol korupsi dan stabilitas politik memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang krusial terhadap inflasi melalui efektivitas tata kelola pemerintah. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya Bank Indonesia dalam mengendalikan tingkat inflasi tidak dapat berdiri sendiri, melainkan ditentukan secara signifikan oleh kualitas tata kelola kinerja pemerintah secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan simpulan tersebut, direkomendasikan agar pemerintah terus memperkuat kualitas tata kelola kelembagaan melalui optimalisasi pemberantasan korupsi dan pemeliharaan stabilitas politik dalam negeri guna menjamin tercapainya target stabilitas makroekonomi nasional.
